Greetings. Getting closer now. Time for some mockups. :)
The first change I have to do is the name. I’m not a marketeer or some, but is’nt the name “Stick-it” unimaginative and to similar to “Stickies”. To really point out that these babies are waaay sweeter than ordinary stickies I’ve decided to go for the other unimaginative name of “Super-stickies”.
Second thing is added support for video clips. I had originally the idea of including sound support for the superstickies, so I thougt why not add video as well. As built in cameras is now standard I figure it would be stupid not to have this ability.
So, the real sweet thing about this is the possibility to place them wherever. As qoted in my my first thread, “Data right there at my fingertips, right where I am going to use it.” Well spoken sir. I mean, why place a note on the desktop when it is about something nested deep down in your system, or perhaps it is a filter setting in photoshop you need to make a note of. To me that doesnt make sence (Thats why I’m still a heavy user of post-its).
I will post some self explainatory mockups now.Be back later with some revolutionary thoughts later (among that the ability of syncing between machines, jratcliffe.)
Attaching superstickies to a file or folder will create a miniature or small icon. Clicking on the icon will bring it up to normal size.

Place a photo of your trip to Stonehenge in your superstickie.
Recorded sound file, Nice when sharing projects and so.
Even nicer to add your face synced to the sound;
Later all, and keep posting your toughts, needs and ideas.
